Kids Get Fit Youth Class (K-6th)
My mission is to teach kids the basics of exercise and fitness in an energetic and exciting atmosphere. Besides building a core understanding of fitness fundamentals, the kids will most importantly HAVE FUN while becoming better coordinated, more flexible and building strength and cardiovascular endurance. Winter Program 1 will run for four weeks with one session per week each Wednesday at 4pm beginning after Thanksgiving. Sessions run 45-50 minutes with everyone moving for the majority of that time.
Pricing (covers all 4 sessions): single kid-$50 family (2+ kids)-$80
